Breakfast on a late Sunday morning, in preparation for an afternoon watching soccer.
Split the heads in half, then remove the gills and rinse with cold water. Heat the grill over high heat and brush both sides of the head with oil
Sear for a few minutes then flip, Brush with a glaze - I like my glaze on the sweeter side. Like this teriyaki.
The once the other side is seared flip so the glaze can get a little char to it. Then serve with scallions and lime wedges.
