Eating Nose to Tail


 
If I could have this everyday for breakfast I'd be happy.
Chicken livers cooked in butter and finished with port, tucked into a soft egg blanket.  Total cooking time, 17 minutes.  Fantastic.

i love chicken livers. but have never enjoyed handling/seeing them raw and therefore i don't like to cook them often. although now i'm inspired to give them another try.

I love to eat this in my evening breakfast and my love to make this for me because it is healthy as well as easy to made.
